McKinley Building Corporation partnered in the phased development of I-140 Business Park, a multi-building industrial flex development serving a diverse range of businesses in the Wilmington market.

Spanning more than 80,000 square feet across multiple phases, the park was developed using a collaborative design-build approach focused on flexibility, functionality, and long-term tenant value.

The project provides high-quality industrial and office space strategically positioned near Interstate 140, offering convenient regional access for light industrial, warehouse, and service-oriented users.
