McKinley Building Corporation delivered the new North American headquarters for Kesseböhmer, a global manufacturer specializing in metal processing solutions for retail display and kitchen storage systems.

Located along the growing U.S. 421 industrial corridor north of Wilmington, the 93,000-square-foot Class A facility consolidates the company’s U.S. operations into a centralized distribution and future manufacturing hub designed to support long-term growth throughout the Southeast.

The pre-engineered metal building features a modern architectural façade, expansive glass lines, and highly functional warehouse and office space tailored to the client’s operational needs.

Strategically positioned near the Port of Wilmington, Interstate access, and regional workforce resources, the facility reflects the continued growth of advanced manufacturing and industrial investment in Southeastern North Carolina.

McKinley partnered closely with the ownership and design teams throughout the project to deliver a facility focused on efficiency, flexibility, and long-term operational value.
