McKim & Creed Wilmington Skyline Center Office

McKinley Building Corporation completed a 20,000-square-foot office upfit for McKim & Creed on the eighth floor of Skyline Center in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.

Designed by LS3P and completed on an accelerated five-month schedule, the project transformed the space into a modern workplace environment tailored to support collaboration, employee functionality, and operational efficiency.

The upfit included open office areas, conference rooms, private offices, collaborative meeting spaces, and upgraded architectural finishes designed to maximize both workspace flexibility and views within Wilmington’s premier downtown office tower.

The project reflects McKinley’s experience delivering sophisticated interior office renovations within occupied commercial environments while maintaining schedule, coordination, and quality expectations.
