Novant Health Regional Headquarters

McKinley Building Corporation completed a 21,000-square-foot interior renovation for Novant Health’s Regional Headquarters within an existing two-story office building.

Designed by LS3P and completed on a nine-month schedule, the project transformed the facility into a modern workplace environment supporting executive leadership, regional operations, and collaborative employee engagement.

The renovation included coworking environments, executive offices, conference and meeting areas, high-end architectural finishes, and a best-in-class boardroom designed to support both functionality and client-facing operations.

The project required careful coordination within an existing occupied building environment while maintaining schedule performance and delivering a polished, high-quality office space aligned with Novant Health’s operational standards and workplace goals.
