McKinley Building Corporation completed Rachel Freeman Elementary School, a 60,000-square-foot educational facility constructed in 1999.

The project was designed to create a functional and durable learning environment supporting classroom instruction, student engagement, and daily educational operations within the growing Wilmington community.

The facility includes classrooms, administrative offices, student common areas, and supporting educational infrastructure developed to serve long-term institutional needs while providing an efficient and welcoming school environment.

The project reflects McKinley’s long-standing experience delivering educational facilities throughout Southeastern North Carolina.
