3,500 SF Amenity Center for DR Horton Community in Sidbury Station. The building houses swimming pool equipment, a fitness center, yoga room, & community kitchen. The building was highlighted by two decorative trusses and fine tile finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen. Constructed on a 7 month schedule.

It was above and beyond our expectations. The Model we want to use for all future branches.
