The Offices at Mayfaire

McKinley Building Corporation has played a significant role in the development of The Offices at Mayfaire, a premier Class A office park totaling approximately 217,500 square feet within Wilmington’s Mayfaire Town Center development.

Developed over multiple phases beginning in 2011, the office park was strategically integrated into the broader Mayfaire master plan to create a highly walkable mixed-use environment connecting office, retail, dining, and hospitality uses within one of Wilmington’s most active commercial districts.

The six-building office park features three-story Class A office buildings ranging from approximately 35,000 to 41,000 square feet. Buildings V and VI were completed in 2019 as part of the continued expansion of the development.

The Offices at Mayfaire are home to many of Wilmington’s leading businesses and professional organizations, including nCino, Wilmington Health, Wells Fargo, Wellcare, and a variety of medical, dental, and professional office users.

The project reflects McKinley’s long-standing relationship with ownership and extensive experience delivering high-quality office developments focused on tenant flexibility, architectural consistency, and long-term commercial value.
