ARRIVE Wilmington Hotel
McKinley Building Corporation completed a comprehensive renovation and design refresh for the ARRIVE Wilmington Hotel, a boutique hospitality destination located in Wilmington’s historic downtown district.
Beginning in late 2020 and reopening in February 2023, the project included extensive renovations to the hotel’s 34 guestrooms, lobby, and common areas, with portions of the facility reconstructed from the structural framing to support a fully updated guest experience and modernized interior design aesthetic.
The renovation required careful coordination within an existing hospitality environment and a detailed focus on architectural finishes, interior detailing, and preserving the character of the property while enhancing functionality and guest accommodations.
The completed project reflects McKinley’s experience delivering high-quality hospitality renovations focused on craftsmanship, schedule coordination, and elevated customer experience.
