McKinley Building Corporation completed the comprehensive renovation of an existing 1960s-era automobile dealership for Capital Lincoln.

The approximately 13,000-square-foot project involved complete interior demolition to the structural shell followed by reconstruction into a modern dealership environment aligned with contemporary automotive branding and customer experience standards.

The renovation included upgraded storefront systems, fine interior finishes, modern showroom environments, interior floor lighting, customer spaces, and a new pull-through vehicle canopy designed to enhance both functionality and customer circulation.

The project required careful coordination and phased construction planning within an existing facility footprint while modernizing the dealership for long-term operational performance and customer experience.
