McKinley Building Corporation completed a new 72,000-square-foot industrial facility, including mezzanine space, for Coastal Millwork Supply and Risley Padula within Blue Clay Business Park in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Designed to support the operational needs of two growing companies, the pre-engineered metal building combines warehouse, fabrication, distribution, and office functions into a modern industrial environment focused on efficiency, workflow, and long-term flexibility.

The facility includes high-bay warehouse space, mezzanine storage and operational areas, loading dock access, integrated office space, and supporting site infrastructure tailored to daily logistics and manufacturing operations. Through close coordination with the ownership and design teams, the project was planned to maximize functionality while supporting future growth and operational scalability.
