Corning Credit Union Regional Headquarters

McKinley Building Corporation completed the Corning Credit Union Regional Headquarters, a 40,000-square-foot, three-story Class A office building located at 3705 Federal Park Drive in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Completed in June 2019, the project was successfully delivered two months ahead of schedule despite significant weather-related challenges during construction, including Hurricane Florence and more than 100 inches of rainfall throughout 2018.

The facility was designed to support regional operations through a modern office environment featuring collaborative workspaces, administrative offices, meeting areas, and high-quality architectural finishes tailored to the client’s operational goals and long-term growth.

The project highlights McKinley’s ability to maintain schedule performance, project coordination, and quality standards under challenging construction conditions.
