Project:
Parkway Hyundai
McKinley Building Corporation completed the new Parkway Hyundai dealership and showroom, a 37,000-square-foot state-of-the-art automotive facility designed to support both vehicle sales and service operations.
Delivered over an 18-month construction schedule, the project included the complete demolition of the existing dealership, relocation of ongoing business operations, and construction of a new modern facility tailored to Hyundai’s current dealership standards and customer experience expectations.
The project required extensive coordination and phased logistics planning to maintain operational continuity throughout demolition, relocation, and new construction activities. The completed facility features a modern showroom environment, customer service areas, administrative offices, and expanded automotive service operations designed to support long-term dealership growth and operational efficiency.
McKinley collaborated closely with the ownership group and design team partners, including Michael McLeod Architect, Topsail Engineering, and Paramounte Engineering, to successfully deliver the project.
