McKinley Building Corporation completed the construction of a new Parkway Volvo dealership and automotive service facility totaling approximately 18,000 square feet.

The project included new dealership showroom space, customer service areas, automotive repair operations, and associated site improvements designed to support both sales and long-term service functionality.

The facility was developed to align with Volvo’s dealership standards while creating a modern customer-focused environment that supports operational efficiency, vehicle servicing, and long-term dealership growth.

McKinley coordinated closely with ownership, design teams, and trade partners throughout construction to successfully deliver the project and associated site infrastructure improvements.
