McKinley Building Corporation completed a series of medical office upfits for Wilmington Dermatology totaling approximately 10,675 square feet across four adjacent office condominiums in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Completed in phases between 2012 and 2019, the project evolved alongside the continued growth of the practice and required careful coordination to support ongoing operations while expanding clinical and administrative space.

The upfits included specialized exam rooms, procedure areas, patient support spaces, administrative offices, and interior finishes designed to support both operational efficiency and patient experience within a modern dermatology environment.

McKinley worked closely with the ownership and design teams throughout multiple phases of expansion to deliver consistent quality, maintain schedule expectations, and support the practice’s long-term growth within the Wilmington market.
