McKinley Building Corporation completed the Wilmington Health Hampstead Medical Office Building, a 15,000-square-foot healthcare facility serving the growing Hampstead and northern Pender County market.

Delivered on an accelerated 30-week schedule, the slab-on-grade, structural steel facility was completed in 2017 and designed to support multiple medical specialties, including family medicine and robotic surgery services.

The project required disciplined coordination, schedule management, and collaboration among the ownership, design, and construction teams to successfully deliver a high-quality healthcare environment within a compressed construction timeline.
