Wilmington Health Mayfaire V MOB

McKinley Building Corporation completed the Wilmington Health Medical Office Building at Mayfaire V, a 30,382-square-foot healthcare facility located within Wilmington’s premier mixed-use commercial district.

Developed for an office developer client, the three-story structural steel building features approximately 10,000-square-foot floor plates along with expansive glass lines and architectural elements designed to complement the surrounding Mayfaire environment.

The building shell was completed on an accelerated 11-month schedule in August 2018. Construction on the interior medical upfit commenced shortly thereafter and was completed within eight months in February 2020.

The finished facility houses a wide range of healthcare specialties, including:
