McKinley Building Corporation completed Wilmington Tire & Auto, a 7,400-square-foot automotive repair facility constructed on a 1.70-acre site in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Completed in 2015, the project included a pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer construction designed to provide durable and efficient automotive service operations within a highly functional layout.

The facility includes automotive repair bays, customer service areas, administrative offices, vehicle storage capacity, and expanded site paving to support parking and operational circulation requirements.

Designed by Cothran Harris Architecture, the project reflects McKinley’s experience delivering practical, high-quality automotive service facilities focused on operational efficiency and long-term durability.
