McKinley Building Corporation delivered a new 64,400-square-foot headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facility for YogaSleep, formerly known as Marpac.

The project consolidated the company’s operations into a modern industrial facility designed to support continued growth, operational efficiency, and future expansion.

Located along U.S. Highway 421 in Wilmington, the pre-engineered metal building features insulated metal panel systems, ESFR fire protection, multiple loading docks, and a high-capacity racking system optimized for manufacturing and logistics operations.

Construction was completed in phases to align with operational transition requirements and minimize disruption to the company’s ongoing business activities.

The project reflects continued investment in Wilmington’s industrial corridor and supports YogaSleep’s long-standing commitment to the region and its workforce.
